OUR INFRASTRUCTURE At MS Revenue & RCM Automation, we understand the paramount importance of communication, data protection, and security in the outsourcing process. To ensure seamless communication and uninterrupted data flow, we have invested in state-of-the-art technology. Our stringent security measures guarantee the complete confidentiality and security of all transmitted information.
Our operations span over 35,000 sq. feet, with two state-of-the-art facilities located in Noida, known as the MSRevnue Asia. Additionally, we have another facility in Washington, which functions as a Disaster Recovery Center for Business Continuity, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery to our clients. With over 300 workstations, our office premises offer ample room for expansion.
PHYSICAL SECURITY: The physical security of our premises is of utmost importance to us. Our facilities are manned 24/7 by security personnel, and access is granted through a triple authentication process comprising Photo ID, Access Card, and Biometric (fingerprint) verification. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras are strategically installed across the premises and continuously monitored by security personnel. Access to servers is further restricted to authorised personnel only.
TECHNOLOGY: We deploy advanced technology to safeguard our network and operations. SonicWALL and Sophos Firewall ensure network protection and handle multiple encrypted VPNs. Dell Servers deliver optimal performance, and our call centre operates on high-end IP PBX from Asterix, a leader in Telecommunication products.
CONNECTIVITY: To ensure redundancy and prevent connectivity failures, we work with multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for our Internet connectivity. We have dedicated sufficient internet bandwidth to avoid congestion, and 128-bit encryption is used for secure connectivity between our office and the client’s location.
